Why only 30 min?
I heard from YOU that you want the accountability of a personal trainer but it costs too much. I get it.
You want an appointment with a trainer to help you show up for yourself.
30 minutes allows me to keep the price down without sacrificing effectiveness.
I’ll build you a warm-up and cool down sequence that you can do BEFORE I get on the call so you’re not paying for my time when you don’t need me watching you.
We’ll get right to it and crush an efficient workout that is tailored to your needs and goals.
What if I don't have equipment at home?
That’s ok! In the beginning, bodyweight is enough to get started! If we progress beyond bodyweight, I may suggest a few weights or resistance bands depending on your needs and budget. It doesn’t have to cost much to add a few pieces of equipment.
How many sessions do I need per week?
This will depend on your goals (and of course, your budget) but I recommend at least 2 per week for most clients.
1x per week is doable if you are active in other ways throughout the week and are just looking for some technique work with me.
