Here's how it works:
Your first session, we’ll meet (virtually) and talk about your current habits. What’s working for you and what’s not. We’ll chat about your goals and roadblocks.
Then, I’ll send you a plan with habits to work on for the next two weeks.
We’ll meet again after those two weeks and see what worked and address what didn’t.
- An individualized plan to work on the habits that will make the biggest difference for you and your unique goals and roadblocks.
- Eight weeks of coaching: one 60 minute session to get started and four 30 min follow-up sessions, two weeks apart.
- Email support from me between coaching sessions.
