3 strength training workouts per week, including accessory and mobility work geared specifically toward injury prevention.

Exercise demonstrations, cues and tips for each movement.

Weekly check-ins via the app for accountability, modifications and questions.

Video form checks to make sure you are doing everything as intended.

You’ll get advice on what equipment to buy to get started and how to follow the program at a gym if you are already a member.

So who am i?

I’m Lauren Ginocchio. I am an exercise physiologist, athletic trainer and yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience teaching exercise to better health and reduce injury. I’m obsessed with helping women learn to strength train in order to improve their quality of life. 

Since 2013, I have worked in both collegiate athletic training rooms and in physical therapy offices. I have seen a lot of people in pain. My mission is to help my clients prevent the pain in the first place and to return to the life they love after injury.

I created Full Strength to bring this mission to you. You don’t need to live in Denver and see me in-person. I will be in your pocket at the gym with you, wherever you are.

Equipment needs:

Weights- either dumbbells or kettlebells are fine. Varying weights will make progression easier.

Long resistance bands/bungees or access to a cable pulley machine

Mini loop bands

A box or high step (your staircase or a sturdy coffee table can work)


What if I’m doing the exercises wrong?

You will have the option to video any movement you are unsure about and send it to me. I will evaluate your form and let you know if you need to make corrections.

Is this ok if I’m a beginner?

Yes. There is a progression within the 6 month program and we start basic. You may choose lighter weights or no weights with certain exercises at first, and that’s ok.

How long will the workouts take?

I believe in efficiency. These workouts should take you 30-40 minutes from start to finish.

Do I need to join a gym to use the program?

No, HOWEVER, if you’re not a member of a gym, please read the “Equipment needs” section above. You will want enough weights that you can progress as you get stronger.

Will this program guarantee that I won’t get hurt?

Absolutely not. While the goal is to prevent injuries, things happen. I can’t guarantee you won’t get hurt but I can give you peace of mind that you worked hard to prevent that injury. You were proactive and your recovery from any injury is easier the stronger you are.

So how does an online training program work?

Workouts will be delivered via the PT Distinction App (or using their desktop site).

After you sign up, you will receive an email from me within 48 hours to create your account in PT Distinction.

You can choose to download the PT Distinction app for easier viewing on the go or you can access your program on a desktop. I will walk you through the whole process.

All the workouts include detailed demonstrations and modifications.

Through the app, you can video your movements (optional) and I will let you know if you are doing them correctly.

I will also check in each week via PT Distinction to make sure you’re not having any issues with the programming.
