What if I’m doing the exercises wrong?
You will have the option to video any movement you are unsure about and send it to me. I will evaluate your form and let you know if you need to make corrections.
Is this ok if I’m a beginner?
Yes. There is a progression within the 6 month program and we start basic. You may choose lighter weights or no weights with certain exercises at first, and that’s ok.
How long will the workouts take?
I believe in efficiency. These workouts should take you 30-40 minutes from start to finish.
Do I need to join a gym to use the program?
No, HOWEVER, if you’re not a member of a gym, please read the “Equipment needs” section above. You will want enough weights that you can progress as you get stronger.
Will this program guarantee that I won’t get hurt?
Absolutely not. While the goal is to prevent injuries, things happen. I can’t guarantee you won’t get hurt but I can give you peace of mind that you worked hard to prevent that injury. You were proactive and your recovery from any injury is easier the stronger you are.
